Mr Oaken's adventures

I have the Enlightenment artifact. It's in my hands. It's difficult to behave normaly because, as I was expecting, it transform my mind into a battlefield. It's the first time I feel these sensations and it's not pleasant. At all. I feel all these lives which have been taken from their bodies and families. This artifact is one of the most difficult to keep since many of its previous owners tried who had peaceful ideas before taking it... tried to kill everybody around. This artifact is evil. But I need it. I was told that it provides new eyes with which one can see where to go to.

I decide to rest. I need it.

Later on, I'll see which path to take to reach my goal. Knowing that any of the road I'll take is dark.

Here I am, approaching an instrument which killed thousands of people. The thing which killed my father. The thing which changed the life of thousands of minds, families and marked generations of magicians. I am looking at this object and when comparing it with the surrounding, all the scenery seems colourless. The Enlightenment artifact is just over shining and burning my retina with the last rays of Sun it catches and respread it over any particule which is close enough. I am particles, only particles.

I can feel it in my blood. All my body is starting to be like fuzzy, excited by something that I cannot understand, except if it is the nearness to the Enlightenment artifact. It's here, I feel it, I live with it. It couldn't be somewhere else. It's like the space dimension are being changed and al the earth is nothing compared with this magical piece of evil.

So here I arrive, at the North-West-End of the Loch Ness. My last chance to catch sight of the Enlightenment Artifact...

My feelings, my instinct, my believes, my perceptions, my senses and my convictions all led me to this place where I am now, far from where I was abducted. It will soon be seven months I escaped from my place and my quest seems to take ages, even though it's nothing if I compare it with my whole life. It's amazing the number of things we can do in seven months, and it's also scary. My quest for her has just started and I'm not sure I'll be able to find, one day, what I'm looking for.
