Solving the problem

Publié le 26 Mars 2014 par Mr Oaken dans Mission: The Enlightenment Artifact, Inverness shire

I'm on this giant wheel which is spinning towards my death, and I don't even know what happenned after my black hole, but certainly somebody took advantage of it. The fact is that now, I am stuck on this wheel and I can't move.

"Think think think..."

No solution and a see the gears slowly closing on me... damn I won't finish this way, there must be a solution. I look everywhere... nothing, nobody, only the sun, high in the sky, and me down on the wheel.  My situation is desperate, I feel my blood pressure rising, some natural reaction of a body facing its imminent death I guess.

Here we are, I feel the first gear tooth touching my hat and my feet. I feel my heart beating as it never beat and suddenly, and even if the gear tooth doesn't hurt me yet, I pass out.

I had to get safe, my suspicions were totally justified: this rusted boat is not at all what it seems to be. It looks like sleeping for ages, but I'm sure the activity inside is intense and that whatever get close to it get absorbed by it.

Suspicion

Publié le 12 Mars 2014 par Mr Oaken dans Mission: The Enlightenment Artifact, Inverness shire

I am climbing the Caledonian canal, thinking about questions like "Why am I here?" or "Where is she, now?". I know these are tough question and I think that Okra would tell me to stop if she could speak, because she's my only fellow traveller and I think she perfectly knows why we are here. It's a shame she can't express but with these pictures she takes. I wonder when she will stop.

But I have toget rid of all these question because as I walk along the canal towards the West, I feel that the atmosphere is changing, slightly, slowly, but definitely changing. I feel less confident...what if somebody had an eye on me?
